Mark Hessling's Home Page

Overview

You have come to Mark Hessling's home page. As the domain name suggests, this site contains lots of information about the Rexx programming language.

This page primarily provides information on software packages that I have written or maintain. The software I support is Open Source and free.
If you find the Rexx-related software I provide useful, please consider joining the Rexx Language Association .

To get more information on each product supported, click on the navigation bar to the left. Once you are on each product's home page, there are links to enable you to download the product, view the online documentation and to submit bug reports or feature requests. All of my products are now supported using the tools provided by SourceForge .

I will not be continuing to support any of my software on OS/2 in the future. I don't have reliable hardware that runs eCS 1.0 that I have, I am not going to purchase eCS as I don't use it, and the development environment is extremely frustrating for me. I spend 50% of my time trying to support OS/2 compared to all other platform combined, and it isn't worth the effort anymore. I apologise to anyone this inconveniences. If someone is willing to supply a current version of eCS then I will reconsider my position. (19 Aug 2006)

After discussions with Paul Smedley and support from Roderick Klein (Mensys) I have decided to continue OS/2 support for my software. Unless time permits, no OS/2 specific enhancements will be made, but I will endeavour to provide up-to-date ports of my software. (22 Sep 2006)
